The 2W.W positive displacement screw gear pump adopts a double-suction structure. Both ends of the screw are in the same pressure chamber, and the axial force can self-balance. The bearings at both ends are externally mounted and lubricated with grease (lubricant), so they are not affected by the transmission medium. The two screws are driven by a pair of synchronous gears. There is no contact between the tooth surfaces of the screws, with a slight gap left, so impurities in the medium do not produce direct wear on the flank of the screw (except for flushing).
It has an elastic stator with a special helicoidal cavity, which meshes with a rotor with a large lead and high tooth height and forms a continuous seal line in the stator cavity to separate the suction chamber from the pressure chamber. When the rotor rotates, the cavity continuously moves in the discharge direction, so that the material is continuously sucked and discharged.
