D type and DG type multistage water centrifugal pumps are used for the transportation of clear water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to that of clear water. The temperature of the liquid tranported by D type pumps can not exceed 80℃. D type pumps are suitable for use in mines and urban water supply, drainage projects,water supply, drainage and firefighting of high-rise buildings or large buildings, cooling water circulation of air conditioning units, etc. The temperature of the conveying medium tranported by DG type pumps does not exceed 105°C. DG type pimps are applicable to the unit system and mother control water supply system of various capacity units in power plants. It is suitable for hot water applications such as , used as high pressure boiler feed water, urban and corporate heating systems, etc..
D, DG type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump adopts a two-end support structure and segment type housing.
The transmission of the pump is realized by coupling the elastic coupling with the motor.
The direction of rotation of the pump, seen from the body end of the pump, is clockwise.
D-type pump suction inlet is horizontal, DG-type pump suction inlet is vertically upward, and discharge outlet direction is vertical upward.
The pump stator consists of the suction section, the middle section, the spit section, the guide vanes, the packing body, and the bearing body.
The pump rotor is composed of shaft, impeller, balance plate, bushing and other components. Both ends are supported by roller bearings. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
The static joint between the water inlet section, the middle section and the discharge section is sealed with a paper pad by tightening the tension bolts. In order to prevent water from entering the bearing, a retaining ring is installed in front of the bearing, and an O rubber ring is installed between the shaft sleeves. Shaft seals at both ends are made of oil-immersed graphite packing. Sealing can be achieved by adjusting the tightness of the gland bolts. The temperature of the liquid transported by DG type pumps is higher than 80℃, so water-cooled packing gland is used.
